In the spring of 2013, we launched our little Runaway Dish baby. Initially, it was an attempt to foster collaboration among our very talented, up-and-coming, culinary class in Acadiana. We also wanted to push the bounds of the dining experiences available in Lafayette while also raising funds for local charities. As we gained access to so many talented chefs, farmers, musicians, artists, and boutique food producers, we launched our Runaway Dish magazine and website to further document the foodways of South Louisiana.

So basically we are a super club of sorts. We throw dinners, parties, and gatherings. We also take pictures and write about it. Honestly we're just getting started. Become a member today and join us at the table and let us see what we can all accomplish together. It will be ridiculously delicious.

Thank you to everyone who as supported us this far,

 Team Runaway Dish
